Attach the pre-paid postage and return it by Swiss Post.

Clean clothes and soft items in good condition. No stains or tears. If in doubt, ask yourself: Would I buy this?

- Baby & kids clothes sizes 0-10yrs (No undergarments, including tights.)

-Shoes sizes 15-35

-Maternity and nursing clothes. (No undergarments, including tights.)

-Sleep sacks, carriers and wraps, swaddles

The higher quality your item, the more credit you receive.

-Undergarments / Intimates (including nursing bras and tights)

-Plush/soft toys and teethers

-Items that are dirty, stained, or have holes. If you send these they will be responsibly recycled.

We assess your items based on:

1) brand (we love sustainable and high-quality and pay more for them). We accept a wide range of brands but do not compensate for ultra fast fashion brands such as Shein or Temu.

2) Condition - Clean. No stains or holes

3) What we already have in stock

We will give you 10-15% of the original retail price in store credit if your item meets our criteria.

We will send you an email when your credit is ready to use.

We reserve the right to reject items for any reason.

Shop for great items that are sustainable and won't hurt your wallet!

After we receive your items we will check them and offer you credit.

We will clean and steam (sterilize) the items, professionally photograph them and list them for sale.

We do not return items that we do not give you credit for. We do not give credit for items that don't meet our criteria. These items will be donated to families in need or responsibly recycled.
