Order a Trade-Up kit

Fill in the form below and we'll send you a reusable mailer bag.

Fill it with your child's clean clothes that no longer fit.

Send it back to us using the pre-paid postage sticker.

What we accept:

Clean clothes and soft items in good condition.

- Baby & kids clothes sizes 0-10yrs

-Shoes sizes 15-35

-Maternity and nursing clothes (no undergarments)

-Sleep sacks, carriers and wraps, swaddles

The higher quality your item, the more credit you receive.

What we don't accept

-Undergarments / Intimates (including nursing bras)

-Plush/soft toys and teethers

-Items that are dirty, stained, or have holes

You receive credit

We assess your items based on:

1) brand (we love sustainable and high-quality). We accept a wide range of brands but do not compensate for ultra fast fashion brands such as Shein or Temu.

2) Condition - Clean. No stains or holes

3) What we already have in stock

We will give you 10-15% of the original retail price in store credit if your item meets our criteria.

We reserve the right to reject items for any reason.

What happens to your items:

After we receive your items we will check them and offer you credit.

We will steam (sterilize) the items, professionally photograph them and list them for sale.

We do not return items that we do not give you credit for. These items will be donated to families in need or responsibly recycled.
